1. Packaging workshop hygiene management system
1.1.1 Personnel entering the packaging room must wear work clothes, packaging shoes, hats and masks.
1.1.2 Before going to work, production workshop personnel must wash their hands with cleaning liquid and disinfect with 84 disinfectant, enter the wind chime room, disinfect their boots, and pass through the boot washing machine before going to work.
1.1.3 Packaging personnel are not allowed to wear makeup, jewelry, earrings, bracelets and other decorations to enter the packaging room for work.
1.1.4 Leaving the post midway and re-entering the packaging room must be disinfected before going to work.
1.1.5 It is strictly forbidden to wear work clothes, shoes, hats, masks and other clothes to leave the packaging room to other places. 1.1.6 Work clothes and other clothes must be disinfected and clean before they can be worn. 1.1.7 During the packaging operation, employees shall not make loud noises or whisper to each other.
1.1.8 After entering the packaging room for work, you are not allowed to enter and exit at will until the packaging is completed.
1.1.9 Packaging workers must maintain personal hygiene, wash hands and cut nails frequently, take a bath and have a haircut frequently, change clothes frequently, and wash clothes frequently.
1.2 Workshop hygiene management
1.2.1 Keep the floor clean, clean, and free of dust, dirt, and debris.
1.2.2 Keep the ceiling clean, with no spider webs hanging and no water leakage.
1.2.3 The packaging room requires the doors and windows on all four sides to be clean, free of dust, and no waste to be stored.
1.2.4 Stack all kinds of packaged finished products reasonably and neatly and put them into storage in time to prevent accumulation.
1.2.5 It is strictly forbidden to open the doors and windows of the packaging room and the selection room during packaging.
1.2.6 It is strictly forbidden for people who are not related to packaging to enter.
1.2.7 It is strictly forbidden for packaging workers to go to other posts, fight, and engage in matters unrelated to normal work during the operation.
1.2.8 It is strictly forbidden to store toxic and harmful substances and items unrelated to packaging in the packaging room.
1.2.9 Flies, rats, cockroaches and other harmful insects are strictly prohibited from entering the packaging room.
1.2.10 Smoking, eating and spitting are strictly prohibited in the packaging room.
1.2.11 After packaging, the machinery and equipment and utensils are cleaned and there is no residue or dust in the window. 1.2.12 After packaging, the remaining waste and garbage are cleaned up and left the workshop in time.
