On November 26, the National Meat Processing Industry Science and Technology Innovation Alliance (hereinafter referred to as “Alliance”) was established, which is led by the Institute of Agricultural Products Processing under the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences and consists of more than 150 meat processing enterprises, universities and scientific research institutions, including Henan Shuanghui Investment Development Co., LTD., Nanjing Agricultural University and China Meat Food Comprehensive Research Center.
Feng said the Party’s 20th National Congress called for the establishment of a big food concept and the construction of a diversified food supply system. Meat is an important part of Chinese people’s food supply, and the meat industry development is related to people’s livelihood. We are the manufacturer for meat procesing machine, sausage making machine, hygiene station machine.

Dou Penghui required that the alliance should adhere to the demand-oriented, to accelerate the promotion of high-quality meat industry technology joint research and development as the main line, to build our high-quality meat industry standard system, promote the production and supply of high-quality meat, to meet the market and consumer demand. We should create conditions to support the development of the alliance, build a platform for collaborative research that “concentrates resources to accomplish major tasks and overcome difficulties”, and work together to accelerate scientific and technological innovation and industrial development of meat processing in China, so as to make greater contribution to the building of China into an agricultural power.
Lu Wang said that the establishment of the alliance is an important practice to implement the CPC’s 20th National Congress on comprehensively promoting rural revitalization, a concrete embodiment of accelerating the implementation of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs’ “pig and meat transfer” and effective prevention and control of major animal diseases, and a strong starting point to establish and improve the scientific and technological guarantee system for livestock slaughtering and meat processing. The alliance should give full play to its advantages and solve the common and key technical problems in the development of the meat industry through cooperation and innovation, promote the high-quality development of China’s meat industry and escort the healthy and prosperous life of the people.
At the meeting, the alliance closely focused on the main line of “quality meat industry”, focused on the two major needs of “quality and safety, green and intelligent”, and implemented the three tasks of “construction and promotion of quality meat standard system, innovation and application of green and low-carbon intelligent technology, and major strategic planning and countermeasures for meat processing industry”. Four scientific and technological innovations such as “meat warehousing and logistics loss and supply assurance, meat echelon processing quality and efficiency improvement, meat green intelligent manufacturing, meat nutrition safety and health product creation” were put forward, calling on all relevant units to jointly promote the high quality development of our meat processing industry.
