Functional Overview:
The whole machine is made of SUS304 food grade stainless steel, which has high production efficiency and significant labor cost savings. The outer shell is made of 304 material with a thickness of 2.0mm stainless steel bending and welding. It adopts 360° rotating internal and external cleaning method, and uses multiple sets of high-pressure cleaning nozzles to reduce sanitary dead corners in many aspects. All stainless steel pipes can be freely disassembled. A set of drain valves is added at the steam pipe inlet.
1. The machine frame adopts rectangular square tubes, which greatly improves the rigidity of the machine structure and makes the machine more stable and reliable.
2. The machine uses dual water pumps, one for pumping circulating water for cleaning, and the other for pumping clean water for replacement, making the cleaned barrel truck cleaner and more thorough.
3. The machine adopts a water treatment system to filter out the meat residue that enters the water, so that the replacement time of the circulating water is further extended and the water usage is saved.
4. The filtered meat residue can be used as feed raw material, reducing environmental pollution and improving production efficiency.
5. The machine adopts touch screen operation and PLC industrial control, which is simple to operate and reliable to control; multiple modes of operation improve production efficiency.
