Pork is unloaded by the automatic unloading device and enters the pre-cutting production line. The pre-cutting production line is equipped with two low-speed rotating circular saws to cut the pork into the front, middle and back sections, namely the neck shoulder, chest waist, buttocks and thighs.

Deboning and dividing conveyor line

The deboning and cutting line is divided into the front section, middle section and back section of the deboning and cutting conveyor line, which mainly completes the deboning, cutting and trimming of the three sections respectively.

The deboning and cutting line is divided into three layers, the upper layer conveys empty boxes, the middle layer conveys raw meat, and the lower layer conveys turnover baskets with trimmed meat. Each deboning and cutting line is equipped with PE board workbenches on both sides for manual deboning, cutting and trimming of meat.

Heavy box and empty box cleaning and drying system

The heavy box and empty box cleaning and drying system consists of heavy box system conveying, recycling system, turnover basket cleaning and drying system, and empty box distribution and conveying system.

Heavy box conveying and recycling system: The heavy boxes carrying the cut meat are transported to the packaging area through the conveying system. After the meat is taken out, the dirty boxes are placed on the recycling conveyor device, and then transported to the turnover basket cleaning and drying room by the conveyor device.

Turnover basket cleaning and drying system: The dirty boxes are cleaned and dried by the turnover basket cleaning and drying system.

Empty box distribution conveying system: The clean empty boxes that have been cleaned and dried are transported to the distribution conveyor line by the conveying system, and then the distribution system distributes them to each deboning and cutting line according to demand.
