Meat Smoking Machine Sausage Smoking House
Introduction:
The functions of the smoke house: drying, cooking, smoking and brown, toasting, and ventilation. It is suitable for the heating procedures of meat products, fish products and vegan food products.
The smoke house is equipped with CIP cleaning devices for easy and complete cleanout.
The modular designed smoke house is assembled based on smoke trolley. One trolley one modular unit. Each modular unit is linked together by screw bolts, the gap is sound sealed by food class silicone strips.
The thickness of the smoke house wall is 63mm. the insulation material is PU foam.
Each chamber is adopted individual air circulation control system which keeps more uniform distribution. The air fan with two speed motor or optional frequent controlled motor enables air speed adjustable
optimum for all kinds of products. The indoor slant board, designed integrally with the door frame, is convenient for the trolly in and out of the chamber. Therefore, the sanitation is guaranteed.
The Simons control system and Schneider low voltage control units secure the stability of the smoke house.
